reckless abandon w/ a plan
Can't remember ever seeing so much stars on a summer night as I did last night, stars were so low, like you could reach out and touch them. Keep them.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shangri-la [after watching the over-cgi-ed mummy w/ hulk]
Saw the trailers of lionsgate's 30mln Transporter 3 [official site www.letransporteur3-lefilm.com] on http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/transporter-3/trailer [releasing nov 26] and Fast And Furious www.thefastandfurious.com [direct sequel to the fast + furious 1, happening five years after "vin diesel on nbc mobile video - quote"]. It's all really confusing. to me. I wonder if there's any Kitaa! [Drift]. Both trailers are very action-filled...I'm eagerly awaiting the films. Heard there's a product placement of the new porsche panamera...
the olympus cinema supposedly will be welcoming it's 2millionth customer sometime in sept, and to celebrate? they've lowered prices to adults 6usd and children 3usd. They shall be introducing a new double feature program where one will be seeing 2 movies for 12 bucks. It's the new management at work...but what happened to the all day movie party they had once promised? Today's new attraction: WANTED! [a few weeks behind]
Miles Millar and Alfred Gough [smallville creators] produced the incredible hulk which I watched this past weekend with mummy. Way too much cgi and corny dialogue spoiled the film [mummy]. Hulk was slightly better. FUNNY scene was the guy unable to get too excited when the femme wanted to bone...

see the world's most tricked out prius worth $220,000+.
this very heavy toyota atrocity features 15lcd screens, tablet pc w/ broadband, 4,400watt audio system, custom body kit, center console + dashboard and racing seats. Not to mention it's not as good on gas as it should be.
guess it helps that the owner built it for a television show.
If you ever need superior net access for your car, see http://www.autonetmobile.com. Mind you it's not the best for future in-car internet technology, the upcoming [2012], viable WiMax [makes wifi look like dialup] is.
some random knowledge;
-did you know that the centre of the Earth lies about 6370 km from the surface. In fact, because the Earth is shaped like a flat ellipsoid and not a perfect sphere, the radius at the Equator (6378 km) is slightly longer than the radius at the poles (6357 km). However, the Earth is constantly changing shape as tectonic plates move, ice sheets melt and volcanoes erupt.
-an anomaly is an irregularity, a mis proportion, or something that is strange or unusual, or unique.
-paul newman aged 83 [the great american actor of butch and sundance and avid motorsport enthusiast] has been diagnosed with lung cancer 18 months ago and he's not expected to live past the end of September.
-the founder of Universal Studios was Carl Laemmle.
-the new iPOD nanos will be longer, curvier and touchscreen [maybe]
Beware the hurricanes. Gustav is now a hurricane (Cat 1) with winds of 85 mph (hurricane hunters are finding winds in excess of 100 mph right now as they fly through the storm). The track is now showing this will be a major hurricane (Cat 3 at least).
nickveasey.com
Ever heard of nick veasey? a guy uses [complicated] xray technology to create wonderful art pieces. He writes... In a world obsessed with superficial appearance it is a refreshing change to be able to look beyond the surface. He's won many awards and has been published in various top mags. I especially like the office building image. Makes me think of a future camera/photoshop technology effect. The X-ray effect.

This efx team shows how they created the burns for the dark knight's two face character and how you may accomplish such a result. These are the guys who also worked on hellboy 2 [still haven't seen it] read: the good samaritan.

party.
Last thursday was the event 'Zodiac: Show your sign' [august borns free] @ the Ship Inn, St. Lawrence Gap. This is where the clash [NRG Sounds vs Fusion Squad] was slated to be held. 3 lap tops in the booth..Don't know if you can call what they did a clash....[They don't know a thing about sound clash, twasn't even a tune fi tune] I figure I could have given a better perfromance...Strategy [main: kirk, tejay + justin] www.strategytheband.com the band performed fantastically along with a surprise act by Pong [all on pon it pon it].
A pleasant atmosphere generally. This thursday is back to school [all students with id free] with another "dj battle", oh can't forget the clown guy creating balloon stuff and being a nuisance...[guy even did did a "stabby" on stage]..
Love Dance. [w/ free glow sticks!]
Almost got cancelled. But happened nevertheless. Everything came together at almost the last few hours. Was a good [not great] party. DJ Abraham began, Carlos followed + then Dimitri with his dutch rapper. The event closed with Paul on his laptop mixing some good tunes. For DJ Carlos' intro, they were models, on stage 2 making love...OK, not making actually, but a very close pretence. The sound system was pretty much barely OK. The computer-operated/controlled lights and effects were unbeatable [but why no strobes]. TREMENDOUS effort by all! Especially the dancing models who wore body paint as a top. Inspired me to do a club set...my best yet I think [been listening to it 4 times a day].
I propose that everyone with good images/videos from the party post them to the love dance facebook group....only because I want to see myself glow sticking.
BLOODCLAAT spam.
Had a recent annoying encounter with spam. Be wary of where you leave your e-address exposed. Spambots for sometime now have been using scripts to gather all the email addresses left on a page. That's why facebook shows [only with consent] your e-address as an image. More and more websites/blogs are using log-in meta for leaving comments. Some net-users even go as far to type their e-address like: pleasedontspamme[at]whateveryourserveris[dot]domaingoeshere. Even heard of one experience where you get a contact adding you on the messengers, and when you type a message, automated replies are sent, along the lines of webcam-join-and then a [we all know it's malicious] link is sent. iHate Spam. iEat Spam. Not. BUT some things do.
